Fix My Sig Widget

A really quick and low-cost widget - when your forum signature is driving you to distraction, and you just can't get the banner and links to do what you want, buy a Fix My Sig Widget, and I'll sort it out for you.

How does it work? Simple - you tell me what you want your sig to say and do, and I set it up for you. If you've already bought a shop banner from me, I'll have a copy and can place it easily. If you've got your own, you'll need to send me a copy, or point me towards the hosting site where it's kept (e.g. Photobucket). Once I have a copy I will need to access your account, briefly, to put it in place. The same is true for any changes to your signature: putting in links, making graphics clickable. You will need to grant me access, briefly, to your account by supplying your password. You can change this as soon as the work's done.

Return Address Widget

Want some smart return address labels to put on your packages, advertising your store on eBid? If your Word (word processing) skills are a little shaky, but you dont' want to have to pay through the nose for pre-printed labels, this widget's for you.

How does it work? Easy peasy - you send me your full address details, as you want them on the labels, plus your eBid store name, and your user ID. I format those into a label document for you and send it back. You can then print your own labels, as often as you wish, with no extra charges. The labels are formated for Avery Labels standard J8163 (or L8163) 14 per sheet (2 x 7). If you want labels for a different layout, please ask about special orders.

Book an hour of one-to-one live chat support. At a time to suit you. Using messenger/chat technology to discuss your problems in real time, one-to-one. I can talk you through making the changes that you want, such as setting up your eBid store, or changing your About Me page. Whatever you need.

How does it work? You need to have a current, active live chat account using one of the following providers:

Phone Widget

Book an hour of one-to-one live telephone support. At a time to suit you. Using the good, old-fashioned telephone to discuss your problems in real time, one-to-one. I can talk you through making the changes that you want, such as setting up your eBid store, or changing your About Me page. Whatever you need.

How does it work? Exactly how you'd think! You buy up to one hour of time for live chat help by using the appropriate Buy Now button of your choice. On receipt of your payment I will email you at the payment email address to arrange a time to suit. When the time is arranged I will provide you with the number to call, and the arrangements are made. When the clock ticks round to the arrange start you call me up (your normal telephone charges will apply - you will be calling a MOBILE phone on the Orange network). Then your help chat starts. At the end of one hour if you still want more help, I'll ask you to Buy Now again, while we carry on chatting. When you're done, that's it. Hang-up and get on with using your eBid account.
